Fred Michell, Owner

Hi, my name is Fred Michell, owner of Agape Construction Services, Inc. I have over 47 years of experience in the electrical industry. I have a family history in the electrical construction industry. My Great Grandfather worked for Edison Electric in Pennsylvania and Grandfather worked as an electrician in the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. My career was started as an aviation electrician in the USCG. After service, I worked through the trade with my tools, worked as a foreman, superintendent, project manager, estimator and purchasing agent. Some well-known companies I worked with in the past are H.P. Foley, Skyline Electric, Truland as well as many others. Through the years I have enjoyed working with union and open shop companies. I have worked in the field and feel your pain, I have worked in the office and feel your frustration and I hate it when a plan does not come together.

As a successful high-pressure estimator, with successes in the design/build, commercial, industrial and government markets, I have had the pleasure of bringing several projects in above profit expectations while working in difficult labor environments.
