Group Classes
- Silver & Fit Group Fitness - Class for very active older adults who experience regular exercise three or more days per week. The Class focuses on increasing the participant's flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
- Combo Challenge - 1.5 hours of step, floor aerobics, strength training & stretching
- Core Conditioning - Challenging class working with weights, stability balls, bands & bars
